Refund Policy

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we accept returns to our Asia warehouse. Please note that the cost of returning your items will be your responsibility. For more information on how to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@chic-london.com.

Please be advised that CHIC. LONDON does not offer complimentary returns; return shipping fees will be applicable.


Section 1 - Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

- All original parts and packaging must be included and intact.
- The product shows signs of normal handling, and any damage must not be due to negligent use.
- Hygiene-sensitive products must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return.
- Defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Please note that CHIC. LONDON reserves the right to charge the customer for return shipping. Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are satisfied, the return will be officially acknowledged during this timeframe. We reserve the right to refuse returns if there is suspected misuse or damage not attributable to our handling.

Section 2 - How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the specified conditions, please follow the steps below to initiate the return process:

1. Email us at  info@chic-london.com, including the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photographic evidence of any damage (if applicable)
- Your first name and last name
- Your address

Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with the appropriate return address. Please do not return the item to the sender's address without prior confirmation from us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Section 3 - Right of Withdrawal

Consumers, defined as individuals who enter into a legal transaction for purposes unrelated to their commercial or professional activities, have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions:

- The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has received the last goods.

As our orders are processed automatically, we are unable to halt the shipping process after an order is placed. Therefore, refunds cannot be issued once the goods are received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform CHIC. LONDON of your decision via a clear declaration, such as an email. The withdrawal will be considered complete once we receive the returned goods. Please note that the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer.

Section 4 - Shipping in Transit

Due to our shipping process from Asia, there may be extended transit times beyond our control. If your items are currently in transit, cancellation is not feasible until you have received the goods. You may notify us of your intention to cancel beforehand.

For efficient processing of your return, we kindly ask you to provide a shipping confirmation.

Section 5 - Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless you selected a delivery method other than our standard option) without delay and no later than 14 days from the receipt of your withdrawal notification and the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed upon; you will not incur any charges for this repayment.
